Please buy somewhere else, I bought a Gauntlet 6/8 from onscreen and they shipped with one head not working, burned palettes, missing head cover and bases to name a few things, there are way better places to get reliable presses

First of all, the head was damaged during shipping, you should have checked that immediately when you received it. As far as the pallets. we sent you new pallet rubber, and everything else you asked for including an extra cover that you never sent back to us. Anyone can make a mistake, but we made good on all we promised. That is what a reputable company does. It's very easy to be a coward and throw stones from behind the internet, as you wouldn't be able to make that statement face to face.

I really don't have an ax to grind, I just want to save people some probable headaches as loss of money and production. If anyone wants to call
