M&R SATURN 25x36. Saturn is M&R’s most affordable small-format graphic press, with a
level of control and quality normally found only in large, expensive
presses. Instead of the cams and levers traditionally found on presses
of this size, the innovative Saturn uses separate motors for lift/lower
and print/flood. The motors operate independently to provide an
unsurpassed level of speed, efficiency, flexibility, and print quality.
Setup is quick and easy with Saturn’s micro-registration adjustments
and visual guides.
Saturn’s control center features digital keypad, self-diagnostics,
programming and prompts in plain language, and a production
speed monitor to provide more accurate job costing. Dwell time is
independently managed from the control panel. Squeegee traverse
speed and floodbar traverse speed can be set separately. Saturn
also features M&R’s SoftVac™ whisper-quiet, high-volume vacuum
system. The digital keypad with alphanumeric display simplifies
programming, and tool-free off-contact and micro-registration
with visual guides make setup and adjustment fast and simple.
Automatically synchronized peel and adjustable front and rear print
stroke sensors are standard. Saturn’s heavy-duty, chatter-free design
and flat metal-alloy vacuum bed provide the rigidity and stability
necessary for high-quality prints and long press life. Options include
pneumatic screen clamps, pneumatic squeegee/floodbar locks,
squeegee pressure equalizer regulator, and tool-free off-contact
adjustment. Sentry,™ M&R’s fully adjustable gripper-style takeoff,
adapts to virtually any substrate.
