Mfg Date: 1997

We have all the owners manuals. Dryer is serviced every year with new seals and thorough cleaning. Brand new belt installed January, 2017. Item is in working condition. Reason for selling is we sold the business. Also included is the venting and a box of insulation (not shown).

We can arrange a tech for tear down and shipping.

Has 48" inch in-feed and 48" inch out-feed.

Is this a gas dryer? I see that you posted electrical specs. If so, What is the gas consumption? the btu rating?

Gas is maximum 387000 B.T.U./HR. minimum 108000 B.T.U./HR.

it's at the bottom of the mfg. plate.
