M&R Textile Press Operators (2 positions available)

D-Lab Screen Printing is hiring very experienced M&R textile press operators.

You will be required to set up and print multi-color jobs from one to fourteen colors. Show that you understand print order, inks, squeegee pressure, angle, speed, and have the ability to load shirts from 60+ dozen/hour while maintaining quality control and solving any problems on press. You will be printing with both Plastisol and Water-Based/Discharge inks.

This position requires a higher level of critical thinking and problem solving; we print some of the most intricate and complex designs on a wide variety of materials with multiple specialty applications at once. We are very art-driven and the quality of print matters most.

Minimum 2 years of experience required on M&R textile presses. (Any applicants without printing experience will be rejected.) Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Pay based on experience and performance during trial period.
