Default M&R's Geat Service
We had an issue with our flash unit ( the shutter was not working) and within 1 hour had it fixed and working! I think it was dust, M&R talked us through everything FAST!!

heres an even better one, had a problem with my press today, called Matt the M&R tech in my area, he was at my shop in an hour, and we were up an running again. M&R is badass and no one will EVER touch them.

Just bought a used M&R Gauntlet and customer service was great at helping me identify parts to make the press like new again. Super service!!!

Had a problem where a blower motor got left off a PO. talked to Parts and they apologized and sent it out NEXT DAY!
