Summary
Produces screens for screen printing.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.

•Day-to-day production of screens for the production department.


•Operate equipment to ensure proper alignment, and registration.


•Inspect and examine printed products for print clarity, color accuracy, conformance to specifications, and external defects

•Examine job orders to determine details such as quantities to be printed, production times, stock specifications.


•Other duties may be assigned

Education and/or Experience

2-3 years experience desired, will train he right candidate but must have some experience around an automatic press.



Job Knowledge, Skills and Abilities



•Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance.

•Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods

•Controlling operations of equipment or systems.

•Watching gauges or indicators to make sure a machine is working properly.

•Conducting tests and inspections of products or processes to evaluate quality or performance.


Training Requirements
Foundation knowledge of MG’s systems, policies & procedures.

Physical Demands

•Some physical exertion required.

•Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.


•Regularly required to stand, walk, and occasionally bend and move about the facility.

•Handling and Moving Objects — Using hands and arms in handling


Personal Protective Equipment:
Safety glasses and ear protection are required while performing specific tasks.

Work Environment
Works in a production environment. Production environment is not climate controlled.
Exposed to water, dust, odors, noise.
