One screen attached to the press in the standard clamshell fashion; this screen pivots up and down over the pallet and is controlled by gas shocks. The second screen attaches to the press in a horizontal fashion on nylon rollers.
This system is great for any kind of Athletic printing. Numbers can be purchased in sizes ranging from 2" to 12". There is an available add-on through Inline called the 4 color printing option. Which allows you to put smaller frames in the machine for printing player names, team names, sponsors, etc.
The registration system on this press is done visually, but that doesn't mean "eyeballing". It is a very simple procedure, but will take some practice initially. Inline has produced a video to help with this step. Aligning the substrate to the correct numbering position is accomplished with gridlines that are accompanied by guides attached to the pallet support arm.
New Screens:
The Screens for the press can be purchased, pre-exposed through Inline with either catalog or custom artwork. Inline will credit you towards the purchase of new screens with the return of your old or unused frames.
If you do not wish to purchase the whole frame with pre-exposed image, you can purchase just the film positive for any of Inline's styles
Along with the press you get:
4 pallets- 1 Large/Over-sized, 1 Adult, 1 Youth, and 1 Sleeve.
And We have 6 number screens-
1 screen that is untouched
1 screen that is barely used
4 additional screens that were left, by the previous owners, full of ink.
**As I mentioned above, Inline Tech will credit you for the return of bad/unused frames toward a new purchase.
