Manual Screen Printer Needed

Are you experienced in screen printing? Graphic design? Textiles?
Are you craving a platform to express your creativity and test your skills?
We’re looking for a creative go-getter to optimize our merch manufacturing division.
Our growing screen printing operation is in need of a skilled manual press operator to help with our manufacturing.

Depending on the strength of your skill set, and your attitude, this position could be part-time or full-time.
Compensation will be hourly + goal-based bonuses.

Responsibilities:
•Setting up and printing projects on a manual press.
•Setting up multi-color jobs in a darkroom environment
•Loading and unloading shirts on press
•Removing blemishes from garments
•Cleaning and reclaiming used screens
•Working knowledge of graphic design and pre-press work flow
•Organized, responsible, and motivated
•Positive and contagious attitude

Requirements:
•Stellar written and verbal communication skills
•Experience in retail, merchandising, design, or applicable fields.
•Adobe Creative Cloud literacy
•Entrepreneurial or creative spark
•Organized, responsible, and motivated

Compensation: $11 - $15 / hour, based on experience, skill, and the plan you present + goal-based bonuses. If your retail plan is successful, we’ll make sure you’re compensated fairly.
