Any one been scammed by mark alves or donald blackwell? If so, please PM me everything you have on them, and also your contact details and how much you are owed / what scam they pulled on you. I am compiling a list of everything and I am proceeding with a private lawyer to file a criminal case against them. In order to do that I need to prove they scammed more than just me, and if we can do that they will be both in jail in no time.

PM away fellas, lets lock these thieves up for good!

I am also investigating his company called Alves Industries. I do not see it being registered with any states where he resides. I believe he is unlawfully operating a fake business and most likely avoiding paying taxes.

We will also be filing a complaint against him with the IRS to get him thoroughly examined.

We are a trucking company that did some deliveries for Mark Alves/Alves Industries. As I have read on this site, the fact that they have not paid us the $2950 they owe us is not unusual. We sent several invoices, letters, emails and called repeatedly. Our owners even agreed to accept payments monthly, but of course we have not received any. I am interested in hearing from others that had this happen when dealing with Alves and /or his partner "Donnie". Thank you!
