My wife and I will retire soon, plans are to travel in RV and tour the US. We hope to work some craft shows doing embroidery work and would like suggestions on the best machine for us to be able to handle taking in and out of craft shows. We have looked at the BabyLock Professional, and read info on the Brother PR 600II and the Happy Voyage machine in the same class. We would like other folks ideas before making investment. Thanks for and help.

I have the Babylock for sale and it is on a stand. The stand would roll in and out no problem. You would need to secure it permanently to the stand and secure it again for travel. We used to work the shows and had wooden rolling like crates with shelves with everything loaded so we rolled in and set it up and rolled out. We used the crates as display, work counters and desks. We had different kinds of equiptment in each "desk". We did t shirts, mugs, signs, embroidery, and business cards. It is very doable. Also I have seen some with a trailer or van that pulled belhind and used as the booth outside.
