Cool mug press

I have recently purchased a mug press however do not know the first thing about it.
has anyone had any experience with them.
I found a web sight that explained everything like heat tape, paper, ink and printer info but I can't seem to find it now that I need It..
Thanks
Be safe

Visual Communications out of New York has all you need to get going. Try http://www.visual-color.com. Also Imprintables Warehouse.. http://www.imprintables.com.
Mugs are very tricky to do and we found it to be more trouble than it was worth by the time you create art, transfers, heat press and then heat cure. The blank mugs themselves are specialy coated and not expensive except for the shipping. Hope this helps as we did create some nice mugs at one time. Good Luck!
