I too shopped for a bargain, found FCS, after a week of nonsense going back and forth via email trying to obtain phone contact info, they finally replied: They ONLY do business via the internet and/or snail mail. So, stop looking for phone contact info, option not available.
Even though bargain prices, it Scared me off, purchased direct from dealer (Brother), next day delivery. Brother didn't require I send my board, they sent new board to me with a Core Return Credit Option with understanding that if new Board didn't corrected my issue I could return it for a full refund, less return shipping. Turned out board was not my issue, I returned and promptly received full refund.
Personally, excellent phone and email technical support with full refund option is the Better Bargain. Also, comforting to know my original board was not altered in anyway, it never left the building.
