Default Need advice:16” x 22” or 20"x20" size auto?

We are buying M&R Sportsman 12S 10C. 16"x22" is a standard configuration for this machine. My dealer says go 20"x20" otherwise you will regret later. Currently we do corporate apparel and race teams apparel and we are getting by by regular 23x31 frame size. We understand that making the investment in this machine should be investment in a future work or projects, something we are currently may not be involved in yet. But in reality, someone who has it, is it really worth 10-15 grand extra they are asking for? My friend also says that 20x20 can't print youth sizes ( I guess if you switch to youth pallet - you should be able to do it). Please share your experience and insight. The standard 16x22 has comfortable pricing, when 20x20 start eating in allocated budget.
If you utilize 20x20 configuration, what kind of jobs it helps you to do, or what do you currently print with it? Also any perks and troubles coming with it?
Looking forward to your insights.
