hi, mixed thinner with ink to diluted, usually 1:5, that's ink is 5 times more than thinner,
the mesh count and ink depends on the material, what meterial do you want to print? you could send email to me, I'll answer details: [email address]

I like Nazdar inks, they make an ink that can be Air Dried or Heat dried, you have to use a thinner/retarder and a Catalyst for adhesion onto coro. Theses inks are multi purpose good for Metal signage, coro, Plastic bags, PVC, and much more..., when the sign sticks your Off Contact is usually bad, are you using a Manual press? usually with the Nazdar inks you want a 305 mesh, being that the inks are really thin you need higher mesh screens. I have been screen printing for a while printed coro for a little while but i HATED the SMell, decided to stick to what i do best and thats shirts and Digital printing, Good Luck

The only advice I can offer over what you have been given already is one that can cost you the most amount of money....and may seem rather harsh so my apologies upfront if this seems rude.

But spell-check your work. If you had your post printed on say 1000 signs, you would have an angry customer and another 1000 signs to print again at your expense. I have seen many shops fail to implement the concept of proof reading and your misspelling of the word "SIGNS" with "SINGS" would be a very costly mistake.

Again, sorry for being the person to point out such a trivial detail on a forum, but if you new to this industry you would be SHOCKED at how many times it happens.

Naz dar enamel inks thru 150 or 195 mesh. Use two people so you can have one person print and one person run the signs to a drying location.
