need Brother technician

I have an older Brother BAS-415 single head that keeps displaying "over travel" when it's turned on, and consequently it won't run. None of the suggestions in the manual help. Anyone know a good Brother tech in the St. Louis MO area that can help me? Or anyone online that my know what the problem is?

I have a bas 416, I contacted Brother and they let me know what Brother tech is in my area. If you call tech support, they will try to walk you through your problem and only send a tech if you really need it. I was really surprised at the amount of over the phone support that I got for a machine that is no longer made. I was so impressed that when it comes time to upgrade, I will really look at Brother for a new machine. Hope this helps.
