Need a digitizer for my company

Hello,Im looking for someone that can handle my digitizing for my company.Im in NC and we are moving our production facilty into a 20,000 sq ft building with a wrap division ,vinyl sign and digital graphics division,screenprinting sign division and I want to be able to supply my customers with embroidery merchandise.So i have decided to go with a embroidery division.I have a buddy that has a embroidery machine and i want to help him get started in the business but he gets someone to digitize for him but always to seem a bit over priced (example-5000 stitches for $40.00).Im looking for someone I can depend on at a resonable rate and to be broke down to per 1000 stitches/price.Im not looking for cheap prices for cheap work but reasonable prices to began a long lasting work relationship.We are not slammed with orders due to this problem that Iv ran into but as soon as we get this pricing thang resolved we then can push the sales w/o being worried about art and artwork cost.We are a very fast paced business with a large clientel so time will be a factor.Im willing to work with the Guy thats been in the business for years or if your the guy that just does this for fun. Test a few companies before you make a decision. Make sure you compare their files (sequencing, trim stops and results once sewn), service, and turn around time. There are so many companies available for you to choose from, but keep in mind in most cases, you get what you pay for. The pricing you mentioned was with in reason if the company you are working with offers an outstanding service.

Folks ...Thank-you for all of the e-mails and messages you have seen .I think we have now found a digitizer $1.00 per 1000 stitches.They have already done a job for me and very good quality.If something happens I will post this again.Again.....thank-you all ...you all have been very helpful.
