Need Hat Embroidery Machine!

Hello, I am new to the embroidery business. I am looking for a machine that will let me use vector designs (created in illustrator), and then the machine would embroider that to hats.

I have very low capital, so I am looking for something small and economical. Just a 'starter' machine that has capabilities of embroidering hats, and ability to have full design control.

Any info would be great thanks.

machines wont read vector and most all commercial embroidery machines will do hats but i dont think there is one that does hats only.
