Need help with Dahao-95 Controller

I am a newbie. I have acquired a two head, 9 needle machine made in China. Tong-Li brand, but I believe Dahao makes or is the same. The machine is programmed with a Dahao-95 embroidery controller (3.5 floppy). Unfortunately, the only manual I have is in Chinese. I have translated the manual to English but still is very hard to understand. I have tried to find the manual on-line, no luck. So far no luck in getting the machine to do anything.
I know it is a big stretch but am hoping someone might have a manual in English or where to get one or knowledge with machines from China.

I will contact Dahao directly they speak English and can help you on that.

I am knowledgeable on Chinese machines and Dahao equipment. Give me a call 540-553-2832. I need a few numbers off the panel. I may have the manual here.
