Need help with my Toyota Setup

Okay I purchased a esp 9000 with Forte PD...Now Pantograms is a nightmare to deal with and the previous owner is having a time trying to get them to issue a new serial number for Drawings Converter so I can install it. Anyway just wondering what are my other options to digitize with Forte. Forte itself is all up and running but I have several Logos that need to be scanned and digitized and I dont want to send this work out if possible. Please let me know yout thoughts on other programs that work with my machine and software to digitize..

I have a Toyota 9100, purchased from Pantograms about 6 months ago. My wife uses the Forte for lettering. For digitizing logos I use Floriani or Ethos. I prefer Floriani because it is easy to learn, yet will do anything I need it to do. I do the digitizing in a different room from the machine; so I put everything on a thumb drive and just load designs from there.
