Need help with PR600

First, the cap frame - why doesn't it show up in my hoops when it is attached? Am I doing something wrong???

Second - when doing caps, the design is not centered - I have tried everything, but can't get it centered on the cap.

Any help would be appreciated. I am new to this machine, so I am still learning.

About the centration problem. In my software I can choose whether to have the design stitch from a central point (which is what you need) or from the first stitch of the design (which is what MAY be happening to you). Have you got software where you can check the start point of your design?
I have a different machine so can't comment on why the cap hoop doesn't show. Mine doesn't show any of them.
