Default Need help with TEHX C-1501

Hey. Just bought this machine and saw it run great in the shop before purchasing it. Bought it back to my shop , finally got it all setup and I'm having some trouble getting everything going.

I can't move the head with the arrows, can't trace the image, etc. Everything I do has a 2CE error. I jhave read the manuals and its just a frustrating start. There is no thread on the spools right now.

Any help or insight with this machine?

I don't know this machine - I have an SWF. When it's brain seizes up I press the "set" button and hold it in until it stops beeping. This resets everything.
Try that on any "set" or "enter" button you have.
Good luck.

2CE-remote interlok activate-reset the remote interlok
if the machine has an emergency stop switch check it

There are only 2 causes for this error:
1) EStop interlock. Depress EStop button and release E-Stop state. If not.
2) Try checking your light sensor. All Tajima machine come with a light sensor to prevent pinching your fingers with needle while machine runs. There is a beam light sensor mounted on the right side of machine and the reflector is on the left side, make sure they are facing each other perfectly. To verify it, adjust them first and place your hand in the middle of them and see lights going either on or off on top of sensor. once is adjusted and working you should be fine.
3) If this does not fix it then sensors are either disconnected or cables pinched, this might happened during transit.

Good luck!
