need help with toyota Expert 850

I was in the middle of a job (300 napkins) and the computer "stopped talking" to the embroidery machine. I called the company that I brought it from and they said it was the cable........I now I have 4 cables and it still doesn't work.

can anyone help?

I'm Running two toyota 830's currently, one thing I always check when the machine stops is to be sure the power plug is tightly plugged into the outlet. Next thing is to turn off the machine in the back of it is your power box, disconnect from machine and power cord., unscrew small screws that hold cover on box, inside you will find three small plastic tubes inside these are some small fuses, if you have had these machines for some time I would replace with new fuses. the size you will need should be on the outside of the cover, these are not expensive and can be purchased at any radio shack.
