Default Need a high quality Embroidery Digitizer

So I've been going through multiple companies for my digitizing. Hit and miss most times. But nightmares most of the time. I'm really picky on the puff work I expect. I'm using a expensive guy right now and is charging me a arm and leg per 1,000 stitches. For his price I would think it would be perfect but hasn't been the case. So I talked to my buddy and told me to look overseas but I'm hesitant on that but open to it if the work is amazing. But also looking for cheaper if possible.

I run a New 6hd Barudan. So machine hasn't been a issue. So anybody up for the challenge please let me know.

MAINLY DO 3D PUFF ON HATS

Thanks

The Wicked Stitch of the East is a U.S. company; our owner, Jay Fishman, has been in embroidery for over 30 years. Prices start at $25 and are based on a combination of stitch count and complexity so we do not charge per stitch prices because some designs are very simple to digitize (i.e. a company's name-one color)but have a lot of stitches, which translates to there being no need to charge an excessive amount of money.

We provide free quotes with .jpg samples. We are experienced in hat and puff embroidery digitizing techniques.

You can visit the website and Facebook pages for information, works examples and testimonials.

I would recommend The Wicked Stitch as well. Have been around a long time and have a good reputation in the industry. BUT... if you send them a design and then you still think the quality is lacking I would suggest something else is wrong, not the digitizing. Multiple companies are all bad?, no the common denominator needs to be looked at.

I agree, just because it's a barudan does not automatically assume everything is peachy all the time. In the past I described a registration problem on hats that occurred with my barudan machines and how I solved it. I've been doing lots of puff embroidery and most of what goes for normal embroidery doesn't work for puff. The OP is quick to blame the digitizing process when it possibly is an error in running the item or a worn or out of adjustment machine issue.

We can't offer suggestions if you can't describe the problem. Your post is focused on everything else other than the real issue.
