Question Need information about software

Can anyone give me some information about the Pulse digitizing software? I have the opportunity to buy an older version of Pulse Artist for $599 locally. I have asked some pointed questions to the seller and they have skirted around all of them. Based on the price, I'm not sure the software is legitimate. I understand from the Pulse rep that I can register this if it is the original and upgrade to the Pulse Illustrator version. I'm just not sure if this software is the one for me. The newest software runs about $7,000. I'm not at that level yet.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I've used Pulse for 18 years and currently have the latest version of Illustrator Extreme. I moved to that level from Artist plus when the eliminated that level. What would you like to know?

Thanks for writing. I am new to digitizing and I want to begin a home based embroidery business. I have used a digitizing program called Embroidery Magic 2 for several years just playing around. I have created some pretty good images, but I know this program will have limitations if I want to do this work professionally. I guess I just can't get past the price when I can get a program like Palette 9 or Artista and do so much more than my current one. I need to know the advantages of the Pulse for commercial use to justify that the expense will be worth it.

I don't know if this is a loaded question, but a few features would be very helpful.

thank you for answering this post.

I am in need of Renaissance Navigator, I purchased a machine for $4,000 and now I realize I can't use the machine without it. Can any help me tell me where I can buy it? I would appreciate any help I can get.
