Needle size
Could someone please advise what size/type needle to embroider onto a very thick karate belt. Thanks. mino

You're probably going to use a standard 75/11 needle. However, you'll need to use a sharp point needle and run at low speed. This will be kind of like embroidering a structured cap with heavy buckram.
Clamping and alignment are really the tough parts here. |
