hey all im currently in embroidery business and i have alot of screen printing requests and i was wondering what these machines do. are they better than the old screen printing way. and what machine is best to buy?? and how much is the ink. i'm getting orders like 25.000 t shirts and i want a bigger piece of the action lol. any suggestions on what printer to buy and how difficult this thing is to use would be great!! thanks

If your getting 25,000 tee-shirts on orders and your not already screen-printing...then you need to do some home-work and look into the profit margin that screen-printing can bring to you.
DTG printers are great for a mall based shop that wants to print you out a custom one-of-a-kind or a short run...however, they'er not cost effective for long runs. .
