Default New to Embroidery

Hello, I am new to the world of embroidery, and i would like to know which machines are used for shoes, Thanks.

EMS/Hooptech sells a shoe clamp, If you are planning on embroidering things this rough you will need a pretty hefty machine, Either Tajima, or Barudan.

I don't know if they make a shoe clamp for other machines other than these, Just to let you know, MOST embroidered shoes are all done before they are assembled.

You're going to definitely need some hefty needles as well, at least 80/12's and probably Poly thread. If they are leather shoes, I recommend wedge point titanium needles.
