Default New Embroidery Setup - cooling

Hello all,

I am new to this field and needs your advice on everything.

I am planning to setup a small embroidery unit with two 6 head 12 needle machines in coastal town of Surat(India).

The machines are China made and will require around 6 operators in total.

The plca can get hot in summers. Do you think air conditioning is required or Fans will be enough?

What problems occur with hot climate and humid as coastal city? I am planning to use Rayon threads.

Also, is it possible to do emboridery on silk clothes with machines ?

Thanks and Regards,
Hemal
