New Era Emboridery

How does New Era Emboridery on there hats work? Because the quality on most of the hat are amazing compared to what my machine can put out. Was wondering if any knew some insider tips

Do not get impressed with those hats, The secret is to get a hard foam, nice density and a good digitizing.

It's hard @ the beginning but keep trying.

maybe they are embroidered BEFORE the hats are made, so on flat panels? That would definitely produce better quality in general... not all the time, but it sure would help.

First off New Era specialized in caps... and like ecto said ... Its all in the digitizing.... They use their own digitizers, plus they use high quality foam, and they use Barudan ... and YES the machine makes a difference.

Basically, they use top quality materials, top of the line machines, and have incredible digitizers. Hence why some of those hats are $50 ... lol
