Faster Production, Better Prints

The DTG Kiosk 3/Raptor is designed and optimized for superior garment decoration.
"With less clogging and ink starvation, the DTG Kiosk 3/Raptor delivers superior prints with outstanding color vibrancy."
Introducing the KIOSK 3/Raptor, a 13 inch wide printer that incorporates the patent pending WIMS (white ink management system) and a pressurized constant ink feed re-circulation system.
WIMS (White Ink Management System)
By re-circulation of ink via a pressurized peristaltic pump system coupled with pressure release filters and dampers your white ink is ready to print when you are.
APCP (Active Print Head Collision Protection)
Light beam detection sensors automatically discovers anything getting in the way of the print path. The active drive system will drop the pallet while printing ensuring that head strikes are drastically reduced while still maintaining your prints.
Average print resolutions of 360 x 720dpi for one pass printing on to light colored textiles will generate staggering print quantities per hour.
It's flexible - with your DTG KIOSK 3/Raptor you can load garments that will auto register for perfect white and color prints. Load garments from either the front or back of the machine.
• Print head- Piezo capable of handling 8 colors in either dual CMYK or 4 channels of white plus CMYK.
• A Teflon coated high performance print head with 180 nozzles per channel.
• Adjustable pressure manifold coupled with pressure release damper/filter throughout the entire ink path.
The annual cost of owning a DTG versus a cartridge based machine is staggering
