New and retired. Need a Melco Disk

Hello everyone,
I am looking for a start up disk for a Melco Premier which runs a Melco EP1. I purchased my Melco machine in 1991 and had a business for 15 years. I am now retired.

When I moved to Kalamazoo Michigan from New Orleans Louisiana, I accidentally left the start up disk for the premiere machine in New Orleans and cannot find it. If anyone has a premier and could make a copy for me, I shall be happy to pay them for it. I have checked with Melco previously and they could not help me . The machine is old, but I would still like to use it just for my own pleasure.
