Word of mouth for 20 years. I'm not saying that's the way everyone should do it, but if you are doing things the right way, quality and customer service being at the forefront of your plan, word of mouth will work 100% of the time. Other methods may work sometimes and not others, depending on the message or demo you are going after or the one you reached with your message, but it's not as good as word of mouth.

I know it's off topic as this is about screen printing and not equipment but the same logic applies. Word of mouth sells more than any other type of marketing. A happy customer regardless of the product will always be your best sales person.

Word of mouth, and we do one tradeshow a year - promotional products industry but don't push the screen side there so much.

Don't underestimate the power of a well ranked website on Google. Page 1 for the most popular search term will bring you a lot of new clients. A facebook ad will work well too.
