New Screen Printing Business

Hello,

I work a men's basic t-shirt company, and I am thinking about branching out into the Screen Printing business. But the problem is, I have no idea what kind of budget I should be working with.

For those of you who own your own business and has a their own shop space, could you answer a few question for me?

How much would the overhead be to open up a shop? (Lease, monthly profit, salary, etc)

I'm looking to buy a used 8-color automatic machine. How much do these usually run and how many shirts can they produce in a day?

There are so many more questions I would like to ask, but these are just a few to start. I'm really interested in how much opening up & maintaining a shop would cost.

If anyone could share their wealth of knowledge with me, I would greatly greatly appreciate it. Thank you!
