newbie needs help on brother pr600 mrk 2

Hello All,

Firstly I would like to say hello to everyone.

I need help with my embroidery machine The tension has been really tight yet the tensioners are all loose. Its only when I thread down an up through the take ups and go down it gets tough to the point its snapping the polyester Thread.

Now to make things worse I took off the front where the take ups are attyached to. I did something to one of the needle holders and now when you move the needles the take ups drop and jam the machione from moving you can let the take up go and move it but they dont come back up. I'm worried somehting big has happened.

Can you please help me.

Has anyone got a manual on PDF with full instructions and troubleshooting.
