newbie question about ms one printer

hello I have never owned a direct to garment printer before. I have the opportunity to purchase a ms one printer for $1100. I was told the printer is in good condition but it has been sitting for 2 years unused, and it's eight years old. I'm wondering is this a good investment or something I should stay away from?
