Angry non-paying customers!

hey guys,

what do you guys do to customers who makes lots and lots of excuses so they don't have to pay? i just started doing digitizing on a freelance basis and it's hard work. the thing that really bothers me is that in the beginning they are so responsive to phone calls and emails, but when the job is done it's really had to get a hold of them. sorry my first post is a rant

This is nice question, i have some points here:-

1.) If the clinet do not like quality, they do not reply and goes to the other provider
2.) Some times digitizers make enough stitches in the design to make prices high which reduces the quality of the design...
3.) You can offer one design free to test the quality of your work, as i do that if there is asked by the client

MegriSoft is right,

Give a free trial design.. So do we...

Another thing is to raise the invoice and have the client pay you before the design is delivered. Once your client pays, send him the design.

It is understood that you will have to give any edits free of cost until your client is totaly satisfied with the design. Also in rare cases we give a partial refund if the design does not suit the client.
