M&R NuArc 3140 Metal Halide Exposure Unit
State/Province:
Outside the U.S./Canada
City:
Houston, TX
I have an older but solid NuArc Metal Halide Exposure Unit. In good working order. $1000
Paint was retouched when I purchased it. Added additional cooling fans inside the box as well.
Blanket is in great condition and previous owner replaced it in 2017.
It is a very simple to use machine that does a great job.
It is somewhat heavy, but 3 or 4 guys can pick it up.
Exposure time for dual cure emulsion on a dyed 110 mesh frame is 120 seconds. Detail is phenomenal. See the exposure check that we have on a screen. Emulsion was Kiwo Poly S if I remember right.
Has several "program" slots. I think there are 9 of them. Basically you set the exposure time for each slot and then coordinate what mesh goes with what slot. This makes it "stupid proof" for production employees.
i.e. 110 Mesh is Slot 1 @120seconds, 155 Mesh is Slot 2 @110 seconds, etc.
