Due to health problems with my children I would like to sell my online embroidery business.

I have a customer base of over 300 customers, fully functional and maintained website, shops on eBay and Etsy, and several brick and mortor wholesale clients in my local area.

I would sell everything I have--lots of fabric, 5500 meter thread cones and some mini-kings, stabilizers, solvys, spray adhesives, inventory (acrylic cups, water bottles, trivets, onesies, tshirts, towel wraps, bibs, burp cloths, garden flag blanks, hats, photo frames, key fob hardware, cover buttons, etc), my 3 machines, and a color and laser printer...computer software programs and all designs and fonts I have available with my client list.

I have a PR 600 that has about 6 million stitches and 130 hours on it. I just obtained this machine in April and it had 11 hours on it when I received it and around 100,000 stitches.

I have a Janome 350-e ---not sure of the hours or stitches on this machine, but I think I can take it to the dealer and find out. It has 2 4x4 hoops, 2 5x7 hoops and a free arm hoop that is smaller (about 2x3 maybe).

I have a Brother Disney SE-270D---I haven't used this for embroidery in over a year as it was having significant problems and I only use this machine for sewing.

I work solely from home and take care of 2 sick children 3 and 1---so I'm limited as to the amount of business I can do and now with the most recent diagnosis of my oldest son---I would like to get out of it.

I would be happy to train whoever is interested in this business. It's a great hobby and I think if someone could take this business to Market, it would flourish even more.

The websites are very user friendly and easy to maintain. All of my photos have been edited through photo shop and put on white backgrounds for a professional look.

Also available would be my list of wholesale suppliers. I've worked hard over the past year and half to establish relationships with the lowest price suppliers.

I hate to get rid of my business and hope that someone can take it over for me and continue to provide high quality embroidery services for my clients.

I forgot to mention that I'm in South Carolina...although I will ship everything within the US.

I will also go ahead and throw out a number---I'd like $40,000 for my business...but will entertain other offers---please bring them if you are serious.

My website gets about 280 hits per week....has had over 5000 since I put the stat counter on it in the summer....lots of repeat customers...gross sales for 2008 exceed $15000 and this is the first full year of business. I have worked this out of my home and I know the huge potential this business has...I've actually been turning away work because I'm so busy with my kids.

It's highly searchable...type in monogrammed garden flag or lampshade and you'll see those are my signature items and people come get them.
