Owner of stock embroidery design company, looking to grow business

Hi,

I'm the owner / general manager of a company that sells stock embroidery designs via the web. I would say we're a medium-sized company, and probably known to some people on here. We've recently been looking into growing the business by increasing the size of our catalog and bringing on new artists and digitizers. But having worked with the same handful of artists and digitizers for about 20 years now, I have no idea about the current realities of that job market. I'm here to ask respectful questions and hopefully get some candid feedback.
