All depends how small logos?
Maximum print size you can get is around 75mm (3 inch) Pad printing is used for tag-less printing and you can print anything between 500 and 900 tags per hour with one operator.

They specialized in tag-less pad printing and I think that their one color machines are not expensive. There you will find and videos of tag-less printing as well.
