This stretching machine is a heavy duty stretch wrap machine to make strink wrapping a pallet alot easier. It does all the work for you or your worker. It comes with a ramp where the pallets goes on and it turns by itself.
This machine needs a good home. And I need the room.

This machine is almost brand new hardly ever used. It comes with a alum. ramp for easy loading and unloading the pallet onto the 60"x60" platform. The load size it 52"x52" load height is 20"x90" and the max. weight it can withold is 4000 LB. It can do production 30 to 40 pallets an hour. The tower has a #50 HP TEFC 90V DC motor. You can adust the table speed, the carriage speed, film tension. At it is portable by using a forklift in the front and the back.
Pallets are strapped with two 3/4" polypropylene straps
The pallets are then placed on the SLP 175 turntable
The corner protection is added during the wrapping process
By using 150ga film, the loads are held securely to the pallet
The process of stretch wrapping takes only 1 - 1.5 minutes!
