Default Patches

Am new to this Embroidery. I purchased 2 TOYOTA 9000 Embroidery Machine, with all the hoops, thread and all kinds of other stuff.

Am looking to get into making patches, since I have a lot of request for making patches in my area.

What do I need to make patches? I got customers who want odd shapes and sizes.

Thank you for your time

Is there anyone one who can help me? Or help me get two patches made that are black 9"x9?

I have had so many request for patches, names, custom patches big and small. I would supply already files and tread colors

It may be cheaper to have them made, depending on the quality they're looking for, and the quantity. Also, the time involved, and the extra equipment.

I use Penn Emblem, or freepatchquote.com,,,same company. I've used them many times and have always been satisfied with the quality, the turnaround time, and the price overall.

Patches are best left for people that specialize in patches. Sub it out, mark them up a little and don't tie up your machines doing patches. The only patches you should do are name patches or name tapes for the military.

Thanks Teri, and yes, the Patch Kit we offer was made for exactly this situation. Doing small volume patches. It's a great way to say YES to customers...keep them in house!

BUT we usually recommend this method for doing less than about 50 as it's all by hand.
