Pfaff Creative Vision 4.0 - any good??

I came across a lady that needs some money and is selling her Pfaff Creative Vision 4.0 embroidery machine for just a couple of hundred dollars. She is in a big money crunch and needs cash bad. The machine comes with everything including software and travel case. I was wondering if they are any good. What are the pros and cons? Thought it might be good for smaller one off items.
