Phase Converter for Embroidery Machines

Hey all;

Is anybody out there currently running a 3-phase machine off of 1-phase using a phase converter? I have three Tajima TME-HC machines, two of which are already set up for single phase, but the one isn't, can't be changed, and I need to feed it 3-phase but just can't find good information on what type of converter to use. I think a simple rotary type will be fine, but was hoping to hear if there's some real usage out there.

Lot of people are using VFD to convert single to 3 phase. Youtube has some videos on installing them. Seems like there are a lot milling machines converted this way.
