i have a 2004 tajima neo
Why do I keep getting pullouts after every trim and color change in the machine? 1. Check to make sure your tail lengths setting is set properly. 2. Adjust through parameter settings. 3. Make sure there is no scratch on the Upper Thread Hook. Make sure the Picker is not bent what is the picker? is it the thing you wind the bobbin thread in? thanks |

I centered the picker its the thing that clicks in the bobbin with the 2 little fangs on it.....all I did was losen the screws and center it and re tighten them...400,000 stitches laters not 1 thread pullout
