Picker of machine tajima TEHX-C1501 doesn´t work

Hi

I have one machine tajima TEHX-C1501 and the picker doesn´t work when the machine make the tread cutting.
I have tested it and it is working outside the machine.
I have also buy a new head card and it still doesn´t work.
Anyone knows how I could put it working?

Is it bent? A picker can get bent if its caught on fabric while tracing a cap design.

Well ... it doesn't look bent to me. However, make sure that it is not hitting the sides.

Test fire the picker from the control panel and make sure its not hitting anything, it may be just an adjustment, or like Sun said, it could be bent ever so slightly.

How could I test the picker from the painel control?
The picker doesn´t made any movement.
