Please help

We are having trouble with our SKW 4 head machine.

Head number 1 Right is showing a trimming error 103. The trimmer is not cutting the thread from the lower bobbin. We have tried hitting the error message button on the screen but it doesn't do anything. We have also removed the bobbin from its carriage and can not see any dirt or interference.

We are also looking for a service technician who we can speak to over the phone or Skype for assistance on our Head 1 Left.

Remove the needle plate and check the knife. The movable knife is probably not in its resting position.

I am not sure of your model number but on most multi-head machines there is a bar that moves all the knives at once. Check the proximity sensor that is on one end of that bar. It should have a light on if the bar is in the correct position.
