I just bought my second toyota 9100 emb machine. I noticed that it was not cutting the thread very well, but was a minor problem. Of course now that I'm in the middle of a HUGE job that I need to have finished tomorrow afternoon that I NEED to make rent, its not cutting the thread at all. I need to know whats going wrong and how to fix it. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated. Thank you

If its a used machine then the trimmer knives could be dull and may need replacing. If its a new machine then the knives may need to be timed so they cut. One thing you can do is take off the cover plate and clean out all thread, dust etc. I would call a tech if you're still having problems.
