Please Help me with Buzz Xplore

Good evening.....
I am having problems with Buzz Xplore saying it can't read my pes files and no data on some of my designs does anyone know what my problem would be...I've contacted my dealer and the lady is on two week vacation.....

I googled the name and saw that they offer a free 21 day trial... can you upload that software on a different computer and then try your files that you bring over on usb to see if it is the software or something corrupt with your files?

Perfect opportunity to make sure that you have copies of all your designs somewhere other than one computer.
