Default Polyester Dye migration, sublimation, ghosting-is Posicharge poly the answer?

After years and years of dealing with cheaply dyed poly shirts available on the open market it is a breath of fresh air to see Sanmar's release of Posicharge poly aka cationic yarn. Polyester that is far less prone to migration and sublimation.

It seems like dye migration/sublimation/ghosting is always the printer's fault....wrong ink, stacking the shirts hot, too high temperature, etc, etc...when in my experience some garments will migrate or sublimate no matter what ink or processes you use. Underbase grey, low cure inks, cooling stations post cure etc. The issue for us on A4's N3142 is the worst I have seen in recent years.

Now with Sanmar's new dying process I believe we should all hope and encourage the other big players in the market to adopt this dye process. If Sanmar can produce Posicharge garments at good price-points then so can A4, Augusta, Badger, Gildan and the other big guys.

I simply post this to raise awareness and hope anyone reading will consider spreading the word. The impact cationic poly yarns "could" make for screen printers is potentially huge.
